Ensure the glassware or bar accessories are securely placed in their original gift packaging and then inside a sturdy shipping box.

Affix your return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
